One Vehicle at a Time:
This guarantee applies to the first vehicle only. You cannot submit multiple vehicles under the guarantee at once. Once satisfied, additional vehicles can be scheduled under standard terms.
14-Day Review Period:
Any request to activate the guarantee must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the converted vehicle. After this period, the guarantee is void.
Written Feedback Required:
If you believe the conversion is not as promised, you must clearly explain in writing why it does not meet expectations — whether that’s due to functionality, layout, misalignment with agreed scope, or suitability for your use.
Reasonable Usage Condition:
The van and installation must be returned in the same condition it was delivered (excluding reasonable wear from normal use during the 14-day period). Excessive damage or misuse voids the guarantee.
Fit for Purpose Definition:
The guarantee does not apply to personal preference changes (e.g., colour, minor layout preference) unless the conversion is objectively not fit for the agreed purpose or spec.
BMC Inspection Required:
Bad Monkey Conversions reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before issuing a refund. If the issue can be rectified easily or was due to a misunderstanding, BMC will offer to remedy first.
Scope of Guarantee:
The guarantee covers the labour and build element of the conversion only. Any third-party components (e.g., compressors, tools, generators) are covered under their own manufacturer warranty.
Booking Agreement Applies:
Standard terms of booking, deposits, and delivery timelines still apply. This guarantee covers performance and satisfaction post-completion.
No Abuse Policy:
The guarantee is offered in good faith. Any attempts to exploit it unfairly or make false claims may result in refusal and cancellation of further services.
BMC Right to Amend:
Bad Monkey Conversions reserves the right to amend or withdraw this guarantee at any time, though all existing jobs booked under the guarantee will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of booking.
